The invention relates to the technical field of greening walls, in particular to a combined greening wall with protection structure for environmental protection engineering. The combined greening wallcomprises connecting plates, a trapezoidal box is fixedly mounted at the top ends of the connecting plates, insertion holes are symmetrically formed in the upper side wall of the trapezoidal box, andvertical plates are clamped in inner cavities of the two groups of insertion holes; and fixing blocks are fixedly installed at the two sides of the upper portions of the insertion holes correspondingly, the fixing blocks and fixing bolts are fixed in a screw joint manner through the fixing bolts, and a supporting device is arranged below the two sets of connecting plates. By arranging buffer springs, an inner sliding plate and an outer sliding plate, when the greening wall topples over, a supporting plate rotates under the action of gravity, so that the inner sliding plate is pushed to slidein an inner cavity of the outer sliding plate, the buffer springs are compressed, and the greening wall is effectively protected through the elastic action of the buffer springs; and the damage probability of the greening wall during toppling is effectively reduced.
