The invention relates to a spiral continuous stirring device for paste filling material and a paste material preparation method. The device at least comprises a cylinder body, a support, a stirring device, a conveying device and a pumping device; the cylinder body is erected at the upper part of the support, and the cylinder body is of a U-shaped structure and is used for containing the paste material and used as a carrier for stirring, cutting and conveying the paste material; a mixer is connected with the upper portion of the front end of the cylinder body, a discharging port for dischargingis formed in the lower portion of the tail end of the cylinder body, and the stirring device is arranged on the cylinder body to stir, cut and convey the paste materials; the conveying device is arranged on one side of the cylinder body to convey the materials needing to be stirred to the mixer above the cylinder body; and the pumping device is arranged below the discharge port so as to pump materials into a filling drill hole. Therefore, the problems of small sand carrying capacity, low conveying efficiency, non-uniform mixing of the slurry and the sand and unstable material performance of the slurry can be effectively solved, and the performance of the filling material is improved while the sand carrying capacity and the conveying efficiency are improved.
