A side edge fixing plate is arranged at the position, located on the metal top plate, of the outer side of each steel rope reel, a metal steel rope is arranged at the position, penetrating the metal top plate, of theinner side of each steel rope reel, a limiting auxiliary wheel is arranged at the position, located on the metal top plate, of the rear side of each metal steel rope, and a very good auxiliary effectis achieved through the limiting auxiliary wheels; and a welding pull plate of each limiting auxiliary wheel is fixedly connected to the metal top plate in a welded mode, so that disengaging is not likely to happen in the using process, in the using process, the metal steel ropes are effectively limited and fixed through limiting stop blocks at the lower ends of the welding pull plates, when themetal steel ropes conduct winding lifting, a very good auxiliary rolling effect is achieved through rolling auxiliary wheels on the inner sides of the limiting stop blocks, and the hoisting is safer.
