The invention discloses alkali-activated fly ash/slag recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 84-252 parts of fly ash, 168-336 parts of slag, 160-231 parts of an alkali-activated solution, 620-680 parts of fine aggregate, 0-784 parts of natural coarse aggregate, 336-1120 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 0.5-1.2 parts of fibers and 0.5-1.6 parts of a retarder. The raw materials are uniformly mixed and stirred according to a specific sequence to obtain the recycled concrete. According to the recycled concrete prepared by the invention, slag, fly ash industrial solid wastes and construction wastes are fully utilized, the consumption of cement and natural gravels is reduced, the production process is low in cost, green, low-carbon, energy-saving and emission-reducing, and the resource utilization of the solid wastes is effectively realized. Meanwhile, the recycled concrete prepared by the method is high in strength, simple in process and convenient to operate, overcomes the adverse effect of strength caused by recycled coarse aggregate, meets the requirements of actual engineering, and is remarkable in economic, social and environmental benefits.
