Alkali-activated slag recycled concrete pavement base aggregate, and preparation method and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an alkali-activated slag recycled concrete pavement base aggregate, and a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The alkali-activated slag recycled concrete pavement base aggregate is prepared according to the following two mass ratios: (1) the mass ratio of the aggregate to the cement to the slag to the water to the sodium sulfate is 100: (2.8-3.12): (1.2-1.35): (8.7-8.9): (0.048-0.054); and (2) the mass ratio of the aggregate to the cement to the slag to the water to the sodium hydroxide is 100: (2.8-3.12): (1.2-1.35): (8.7-8.9): (0.072-0.081). All the components are weighed according to the mass ratio and then are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain the base aggregate. The construction method synchronously integrating paving, rolling and vibrating a water-stable base layer comprises the following steps: (1) determining the mass ratio of all the components of the pavement base layer aggregate; (2) surveying and setting out; (3) preparing equipment; (4) paving, rolling and vibrating the base layer synchronously and integrally; and (5) preserving. According to the base aggregate prepared by the invention, bridge disassembly waste concrete and blast furnace slag are effectively utilized, waste recycling is realized, and the requirements of high-grade highway semi-rigid base material specifications are met.
本发明公开了一种碱激发矿渣再生混凝土路面基层集料及其制备方法与施工方法。制备所述的碱激矿渣发再生混凝土路面基层集料2种配比按质量配比分别为:(1)集料、水泥、矿渣、水和硫酸钠的质量比为:100:2.8~3.12:1.2~1.35:8.7~8.9:0.048~0.054。(2)集料、水泥、矿渣、水、氢氧化钠的质量比为:100:2.8~3.12:1.2~1.35:8.7~8.9:0.072~0.081。按本发明所述的质量比称取各成分后,混合搅拌均匀得到基层集料。水稳基层采用摊铺与碾压、振捣同步一体的施工方法,包括:(1)确定路面基层集料各组分质量配比;(2)测量放样;(3)设备准备;(4)基层摊铺与碾压、振捣同步一体施工;(5)养生。本发明制备的基层集料有效利用桥梁拆卸废弃混凝土和高炉矿渣,实现废弃物循环利用,并满足高等级公路半刚性基层材料规范的要求。
