Lightweight building block and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a lightweight building block which comprises aggregate and a binder, and the binder comprises waste concrete recycled micro powder. The waste concrete recycled micro powder is particles with the particle size of 0.03 mm-0. 1 mm, which are obtained by screening waste concrete to remove coarse aggregate and fine aggregate and grinding the rest waste particles and powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the waste concrete regenerated micro-powder, the alkaline calcium ion chelating agent, the soda-lime glass suspension dispersion liquid, the modified glass pumice and the silicon-aluminum mineral reinforcing agent according to a certain ratio, stirring, molding, sealing, and condensing and hardening in a drying oven at 60-90 DEG C to improvethe strength of the building block. According to the invention, the utilization of the waste concrete regenerated micro-powder is realized, the waste concrete micro-powder becomes a beneficial masonryadmixture after being treated, and under the premise of not doping cement, the regenerated micro-powder doped in a high proportion can form a gel with higher strength with other components so that the use of cement is reduced, and the environmental problem caused by the waste concrete micro-powder is also solved.
