The invention relates to a small-span double-arch bridge structure capable of reducing the overall height. The structure comprises two piers and a steel plate beam which are arranged in a spaced mode,wherein the upper ends of the sides, close to each other, of the two piers are sunken inwards to form steps, and the two ends of the steel plate beam are arranged on the corresponding piers respectively and located between the two piers. A plurality of I-beams are arranged between the steps of the two piers, the two ends of each I-beam are located on the corresponding steps respectively, the topfaces of the I-beams abut against the bottom of the steel plate beam, and the bottom faces of at least one ends of the I-beams are fixedly connected with the horizontal surfaces of the corresponding steps, the surface of the steel plate beam is provided with a bridge deck pavement layer, and the steel plate beam and the bridge deck pavement layer are both in an arch shape with the middle higher than the two sides in the traffic flow direction. The bidirectional bridge deck forms a double-arch structure, the steel plate beam and the bridge deck pavement layer are supported through the I-shapedsteel, so that the overall height of the bridge is greatly reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, driving is more comfortable, the overall structure of the bridge is stable, and the later-period maintenance cost is low.
本发明涉及一种可降低整体高度的小跨境双路拱桥梁结构,包括间隔设置的两个墩台和钢板梁,两个墩台靠近彼此一侧的上端向内凹陷设置并形成台阶,钢板梁的两端分别设置在对应的墩台上,并位于两个墩台之间,两个墩台的台阶之间设有多个工字钢,且工字钢的两端分别位于对应的台阶上,工字钢的顶面与钢板梁的底部抵接,工字钢的至少一端部底面与对应台阶的水平表面连接固定,钢板梁表面设有桥面铺装层,钢板梁和桥面铺装层均为沿着车流方向的中部高于两侧的拱形。本发明使得双向桥面形成双路拱结构,并通过工字钢支撑钢板梁和桥面铺装层,大大降低了桥梁整体的高度,减小了施工难度,使得行车更加舒适,桥梁整体结构稳固,后期维护成本较低。
