The invention discloses a slag removing device for a pile hole in a building cast-in-situ bored pile. The device comprises a pressing column, a supporting mechanism, a supporting frame, a fixed plate,a driving mechanism, roller columns, a rubber strip, a mounting frame and a crank. The device has the beneficial effects that a worker rotates the crank clockwise to achieve rotation of one of the roller columns, the roller column located at the end of the crank rotates to drive the pressing column, and the two roller columns further move relatively; due to the fact that the friction force between the pressing column and the two roller columns is larger than the buoyancy of water in the pile hole to the pressing column, the pressing column moves towards the interior of the pile hole while thetwo roller columns move relatively, the water in the pile hole and slag in the water are discharged out of the pile hole, and therefore discharging of the slag and the water in the pile hole is realized; and the problem that traditionally, cleaning the slag in the pile hole through a sealed pipeline is strenuous is solved, and the problem of slipping between the side wall of the pressing column and the palm of the worker after contacting with water is avoided.
本发明公开了一种建筑钻孔灌注桩桩孔清渣装置,包括压柱、支撑机构、支撑架、固定板、驱动机构、辊柱、橡皮条、安装架及摇把。本发明的有益效果是:工人顺时针转动摇把实现了其中一个辊柱转动,位于摇把端部的辊柱转动后将压柱带动,进一步的两个辊柱相对运动,由于压柱与两个辊柱之间的摩擦力大于桩孔内部的水对压柱的浮力,那么在两个辊柱相对移动的同时实现了压柱向桩孔的内部移动,实现了将桩孔内部的水及水中的残渣排出到桩孔的外部,从而实现了对桩孔内部的残渣、水排出,解决了传统的通过密封管道清理桩孔内部的残渣比较费力的问题,且避免了压柱的侧壁接触水后与工人的手掌之间打滑的问题。
