The foundation comprises concrete assemblies,prestressed reinforcements and prefabricated root keys, wherein the concrete assemblies are packing expanding components, the middles of the concrete assemblies are of hollow structures, a plurality of through reserved prestress holes are formed in the concrete assemblies in the height direction, a plurality of root key reserved holes are formed in the concrete assemblies in the bottom surface direction, the plurality of concrete assemblies are sequentially stacked in a foundation pit, the prestressed reinforcements penetrate through the corresponding reserved prestress holes in the multiple concrete assemblies to enable the concrete assemblies to be assembled to form a foundation body, and the prefabricated root keys penetrate through the root key preformed holes to be inserted into the side wall of the foundation pit.
