The invention relates to a concrete-slurry interface detection device and method for a cast-in-place pile, and belongs to the technical field of concrete detection. The device comprises a shell, an electric device, a magnetic power generation device, a current signal monitoring device and a motor verification device; the electric device and the magnetic power generation device are arranged in theshell; and the electric device comprises a motor, a rotating rod and blades which are connected in sequence, the magnetic power generation device comprises a closed conductor and a magnet, the closedconductor is connected with the rotating rod, the closed conductor is arranged in a magnetic field defined by the magnet, the magnetic power generation device is connected with the current signal monitoring device, and the motor is connected with the motor verification device. According to the device, energy conversion between kinetic energy and electric energy is utilized, the rotating rod is driven to rotate through the simple electric device, the kinetic energy is transmitted to the closed conductor located in the magnetic field, and finally the change of a concrete pouring interface is monitored in real time through the change of a current signal generated by the rotation of the closed conductor in the magnetic field.
