The invention discloses a framework connecting device of a fabricated building floor, the framework connecting device comprises a box body, the inner side wall of the box body is fixedly connected with a second bearing, an inner ring of the second bearing is fixedly connected with two-way threaded rods, the outer side wall of each two-way threaded rod is in threaded connection with two sliding blocks, a rod body penetrates through the interiors of the two sliding blocks for each two-way threaded rod correspondingly, one ends of the bottoms of the rod bodies are welded to the inner side wall ofthe box body, block bodies are welded to one ends of the tops of the two-way threaded rods, and one sides of the sliding blocks are in threaded connection with plate bodies. According to the framework connecting device of the fabricated building floor, the two-way threaded rods and clamping blocks are arranged, and after a framework is inserted into the box body through shells, the framework canslide into grooves of the clamping blocks; and when the two-way threaded rods rotate clockwise, the plate bodies can be driven by the sliding blocks to move in the direction away from the framework, the plate bodies drive the clamping blocks to be pulled away from the framework, and therefore the framework connecting device has the characteristic of being convenient to install, and then the construction efficiency of the framework for the building floor is improved.
