Formwork surface clearing and separant applying device and using method thereof
The invention relates to a formwork surface clearing and separant applying device. A separating hood is divided into a brush cavity and an agent cavity, steel wire brushes are mounted in the brush cavity, the top of the brush cavity is connected with a dust collection bin through a dust suction pipeline, and an induced draft fan is arranged in the dust collection bin; and a nozzle is arranged in the agent cavity, the agent cavity is connected with a separant storage bin through a separant conveying pipeline, and a high-pressure pump is arranged in the separant storage bin. A power supply battery unit is further assembled. The using method of the a formwork surface clearing and separant applying device comprises the steps that the induced draft fan and the steel wire brushes are started firstly, the steel wire brushes arranged in a straight line are vertically pushed at the position with heavy corrosion, and when the width needing to be ground of the edge of a steel formwork is smallerthan the grinding range of the steel wire brushes, the steel wire brushes arranged in the straight line are inclined; the pushing speed is increased, the grinding depth is kept, and the steel wire brushes and the induced draft fan are shut after grinding; and a bottom plate of the agent cavity is replaced with a sponge strip, a high-pressure pump switch is turned on to spray a separant to the formwork, and the sponge strip makes contact with the surface of the steel formwork at the same time, adsorbs the redundant separant and enables the separant to be evenly smeared.
