The multifunctional three-dimensional intelligent garage comprises a garage frame, a lifting well, parking spaces, an automatic door device, a return device, a lifting device, a transverse moving device, an intelligent management system and a power supply for supplying power to all the devices; the automatic door device is arranged below the front side of the lifting well; and the parking spaces are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the lifting well and can be arranged in multiple layers. According to the scheme, the occupied area is small, a chain vertical lifting system can be expanded upwards or downwards by 10-30 layers, and under the condition that the number of the parking spaces is the same, the occupied area is about 1/2 to 1/25 of that of a planar parking lot; the space utilization rate is improved by 75% compared with that of a building self-propelled parking garage, and the requirement for the small occupied area of an old community garage is met; a planar moving system enables the garage to be compact in structure and facilitates vehicle parking and taking; and abevel gear transmission system forms an automatic return mechanism, reversing or turning around is not needed, and humanization is better reflected.
