The coded lock system comprises two service terminals, and the two service terminals are a mobileservice terminal and a fixed service terminal. The mobile service terminal comprises a real-time positioning unit, a destination preset unit, a comparison unit and a first instruction receiving and sending unit, the real-time positioning unit and the destination preset unit are connected with the comparison unit, and the comparison unit is connected with the first instruction receiving and sendingunit. The fixed service terminal comprises a second instruction receiving and sending unit and a verification unit, the second instruction receiving and sending unit is connected with the first instruction receiving and sending unit, and the verification unit is connected with the second instruction receiving and sending unit. The unlocking method of the coded lock system is correspondingly provided. A coded lock can be unlocked on the basis of geographic positions, meanwhile, multiple guarantees are set, and the coded lock is suitable for the field with high guarantee requirements.
