The invention discloses a coded-lock unlocking system and an unlocking method thereof. The coded-lock unlocking system comprises a lock controller. The lock controller is connected with a lock cylinder unlocking driver through a wire, and a fingerprint collector, a pre-stored fingerprint information unit and a password input keyboard are connected with the lock controller through wires. The coded-lock unlocking system is characterized in that an RFID reader is connected with the lock controller through a wire, a standby RFID reading-writing chip is connected with the RFID reader in a wireless mode, and an RFID reading-writing chip is made into a key. The problems that a fingerprint coded lock in the prior art is not high in reliability; as fingerprints of a person are broken sometimes and can not completely correspond to reserved fingerprints during unlocking, unlocking can not be achieved, great inconvenience can be caused when effective locking can not be achieved under emergency conditions, and normal use of the lock by people is influenced are solved.
