The invention discloses a building template processed by adopting recovered waste PVC, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: (1) removingHCl from waste PVC material; (2) carrying out nano composite treatment; (3) carrying out activation treatment on nano composite filament; and (4) carrying out extrusion molding. According to the invention, the building template prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has excellent tensile property, and the tensile property is reduced when only the waste PVC material is adopted, so that the activated nano composite filament is prepared by performing a series of process treatment on the waste PVC material, and the tensile property can be greatly enhanced.
本发明公开了一种采用回收废旧PVC加工的建筑模板;涉及建筑材料技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)废旧PVC料脱HCl处理;(2)纳米复合处理;(3)纳米复合丝活化处理:(4)挤出成型;本发明方法制备的建筑模板的具有优异的拉伸性能,单纯采用废旧PVC料时,反而会降低拉伸性能,因此,本发明通过对废旧PVC料进行一系列的工艺处理,制备得到活化纳米复合丝,能够大幅度的增强拉伸性能。
