The invention relates to a building formwork and a formwork assembly adopting the building formwork. The building formwork comprises a body part. A plurality of mounting seats are arranged on one side or two sides of the body part; a connector I is arranged on one side of the body part, and a connector II is arranged on the other side of the body part; and the joint I is combined with the joint II of the adjacent body part, so that two adjacent building templates can be spliced. The formwork assembly comprises at least one building formwork and a plurality of connecting pieces. The connecting piece is connected between two adjacent building templates, so that the two adjacent building templates are connected, and/or the connecting piece is connected to a single side or two sides of the building templates. According to the formwork assembly, only the building formworks and the connecting pieces need to be prefabricated, so that formwork assemblies of different forms can be assembled according to needs, the formed structure is flexible and diverse, use is convenient, and the formwork assembly can be used for manufacturing guniting walls, plastered walls, grouting walls and combined walls of the guniting walls, the plastered walls and the grouting walls.
