The invention discloses a compaction mechanical wheel which structurally comprises a tire cylinder, an inner pressurizing device, an inner plate, a first spring, a side edge damping device, an air pressure maintaining device, an air pump and a rear cross beam and has the effects that the tire cylinder is erected on the rear cross beam, and the rear cross beam is mounted on a front movable arm of aroad roller; the inner pressurizing device is matched with the side edge vibration reduction device and the air pressure maintaining device, the tire cylinder can always keep sufficient air pressurethrough the air pressure maintaining device, the flatness of road surface compaction can be improved, the self weight of the tire cylinder in the rotation process can be increased through the inner pressurizing device, and improvement of the compaction effect of the road surface can be facilitated; by means of the side edge vibration reduction device, resonance of all the connecting pieces in thecompaction operation of the tire cylinder can be avoided, so that the matching precision of all the components is improved, and after the tire cylinder is deflated through the air pump, storage or replacement is facilitated, and the cost of the road surface compaction operation is reduced.
