The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a fabricated spliced composite floor slab and a construction method thereof. The fabricated spliced composite floor slab comprises a plurality of prefabricated bottom plates which are sequentially spliced, and splicing seams are formed between the adjacent prefabricated bottom plates; hollow groovesare formed in the two sides of each prefabricated bottom plate correspondingly, and the hollow grooves between the adjacent prefabricated bottom plates are opposite; bottom plate steel bars extendingout of the prefabricated bottom plates are arranged in the hollow grooves of the prefabricated bottom plates; the bottom plate steel bars on the opposite hollow grooves between the adjacent prefabricated bottom plates are fixedly connected through lap joint steel bars; splicing steel bars are arranged at the splicing seams between the adjacent prefabricated bottom plates and fixedly connected withthe prefabricated bottom plates; reinforced concrete layers are poured on the splicing seams and the upper layers of the prefabricated bottom plates; and water and electricity pipelines are mounted on the splicing seams or the prefabricated bottom plates. According to the fabricated spliced composite floor slab, the prefabricated bottom plates are divided into blocks, the overall structure is simple, stress concentration is avoided, and arrangement is flexible.
