The invention relates to a fabricated composite floor slab and a construction method thereof. The fabricated composite floor slab comprises floor slab bodies, wherein two connecting rods are obliquely and symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the floor slab bodies, first connecting assemblies used for connecting the two floor slab bodies are arranged in first vertical grooves and second vertical grooves in the tops of the floor slab bodies correspondingly, and two transverse grooves which are obliquely and symmetrically formed and communicate with the second vertical grooves are formed in the floor slab bodies; second connecting assemblies used for connecting the two floor slab bodies are arranged at the ends, away from openings, of the transverse grooves in first mounting grooves, and the same set of fixing assemblies used for fixing the connecting rods are arranged in the second vertical grooves and the first vertical grooves; when the floor slab bodies are mounted, only one side of one floor slab body needs to be tightly attached to the other floor slab body, then the floor slab bodies are transversely moved, every two adjacent floor slab bodies are connected through a corresponding connecting plate and fixed again, mounting of the floor slab bodies is completed, the connecting process is easy and simple, the workload of workers is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
