The invention discloses a composite reinforced non-dismantling formwork. The composite reinforced non-dismantling formwork comprises a foundation bearing plate body compatible with a cement matrix, and is characterized in that cement mortar layers are compounded on the foundation bearing plate body; and at least one layer of gridding cloth and/or steel wire mesh is paved between the cement mortarlayers or in the cement mortar layers. The invention further discloses a floor support plate. By the adoption of the technical scheme, under the condition that pressure resistance is met, the thickness of the foundation bearing plate body is reduced, and the fracture resistance is improved; by adopting the technical scheme for compounding, the problem of joint cracking caused by bending and warping of the non-dismantling formwork in the actual construction process is solved; moreover, the weight is relatively light; and compared with an existing self-tapping screw, a built-in connecting part has the advantages that the connecting strength of the built-in connecting part and a steel bar truss or a steel structure is greatly improved, the hanging capacity of a building structure body to thenon-dismantling formwork after pouring is completed is improved, and the same service life of the non-dismantling formwork and the building structure is truly achieved.
