The invention relates to a floor slab concrete thickness and reinforced concrete protective layer controller. The controller comprises a main pipe, a fixing ring, a protective ring, a bottom rib reinforced concrete protective layer positioning plate and a surface rib reinforced concrete protective layer positioning plate, wherein the main pipe is a circular pipeline, a through hole penetrating through an inner cavity of the main pipe is formed in the pipe wall of the main pipe, the fixing ring is perpendicularly connected to the bottom end of the main pipe, the protective ring is perpendicularly connected to the top end of the main pipe, the bottom rib reinforced concrete protective layer positioning plate is connected to the position, close to the bottom end, of the outer surface of the main pipe, and the surface rib reinforced concrete protective layer positioning plate is connected to the position, close to the top end, of the outer surface of the main pipe. By adoption of the controller, the concrete thickness of a floor slab can be accurately controlled in the pouring process, and the thickness of steel bar protective layers can be well controlled.
本发明楼板混凝土厚度及钢筋混凝土保护层控制器,包括主管、固定环、保护环、底筋钢筋混凝土保护层定位板、面筋钢筋混凝土保护层定位板,主管为圆形管道,主管的管壁设有贯穿主管内腔的通孔,固定环垂直连接在主管的底端,保护环垂直连接在主管的顶端,底筋钢筋混凝土保护层定位板连接在主管外表面靠底端的位置,面筋钢筋混凝土保护层定位板连接在主管外表面靠顶端的位置。采用该控制器在浇筑过程中能够准确控制楼板混凝土厚度,也能很好的控制钢筋保护层厚度。
