Large-span steel structure roof transformation method
The invention provides a large-span steel structure roof transformation method. The method is used for transforming an original roof of a large-span steel structure, and comprises the following stepsthat (1) a first roof plate located in the middle of the original roof is dismounted, a second roof plate located on the edge portion of the original roof and a third roof plate located between the first roof plate and the second roof plate are reserved, and the lower portion of the first roof plate is paved with a safety net and fireproof tarpaulin, so that construction safety is guaranteed; (2)an ETFE air pillow film is arranged on a first steel structure corresponding to the original position of the first roof plate; and (3) an aluminum-magnesium-manganese metal roof plate covering the third roof plate is additionally arranged in an area between the ETFE air pillow film and the second roof plate. The problem of roof leakage can be thoroughly solved; and the roof structure load can be reduced, large disassembly and large construction can be avoided, reconstruction funds can be saved, and an existing building can meet the requirements of comfort, energy conservation, environmental protection and attractiveness.
本发明提供了一种大跨度钢结构屋面改造方法,用于对大跨度钢结构的原有屋面进行改造,包括以下步骤:(1)拆除所述原有屋面中位于中间部位的第一屋面板,保留所述原有屋面中位于边缘部位的第二屋面板以及位于所述第一屋面板与所述第二屋面板之间的第三屋面板,在所述第一屋面板的下部铺满安全网及防火篷布,以确保施工安全;(2)在所述第一屋面板的原有位置处对应的第一钢结构上设置ETFE气枕膜;(3)在所述ETFE气枕膜与所述第二屋面板之间的区域增设覆盖所述第三屋面板的铝镁锰金属屋面板。本发明可彻底解决屋面渗漏问题;本发明可减轻屋面结构负荷,可以避免大拆大建,节省重建资金,可以使既有建筑满足舒适、节能、环保和美观方面的要求。
