An acidic refractory material for a coreless induction furnace comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-20% of silicon dioxide with granularity of 2-4 meshes, 10-20% of silicondioxide with granularity of 4-6 meshes, 5-15% of silicon dioxide with granularity of 6-8 meshes, 1-10% of silicon dioxide with granularity of 8-10 meshes, 1-10% of silicon dioxide with granularity of10-20 meshes, 10-20% of silicon dioxide with granularity of 20-40 meshes, 5-15% of silicon dioxide with granularity of 40-70 meshes, and 15-25% of silicon dioxide with granularity of 300 meshes; 1-10%of zirconium oxide with granularity of 10-70 meshes; and 0.8-1.5% of diboron trioxide serving as a binder. The acidic refractory material has the beneficial effects that zirconite is added into a siliceous material, the mixture is decomposed into zirconium oxide and silicon dioxide by high-temperature heating, the zirconium oxide and the silicon dioxide are uniformly distributed in the material,and the zirconium oxide exists in a glass phase in a micro-particle state, so that the viscosity and the corrosion resistance are improved, the high-temperature plasticity and the thermal shock resistance of the material are improved, and the service life is prolonged.
无芯感应炉用酸性耐火材料,各原料质量百分比为:二氧化硅:粒度2‑4目10‑20%,粒度4‑6目10‑20%,粒度6‑8目5‑15%,粒度8‑10目1‑10%,粒度10‑20目1‑10%,20‑40目10‑20%,40‑70目5‑15%,粒度300目15‑25%;氧化锆:粒度10‑70目1‑10%;粘合剂采用三氧化二硼,含量为:0.8‑1.5%。本发明有益效果:将锆英石加入硅质材料中,在高温受热分解成氧化锆、二氧化硅均匀分布于材料中,前者以微颗粒状态存在于玻璃相中,有利于提高其粘度和抗腐蚀性能,同时提高材料的高温塑性,提高抗热震性,从而延长使用寿命。
