The brushing device comprises a brushing rack, a flat brush, a rolling brush and a rotating mechanism, wherein the brushing rack can be connected with a vehicle body of the synchronous macadam brushing and sealing vehicle; the rolling brush is rotationally connected with the brushing rack; the flat brush is located on one side of the rolling brush in the third direction, and bristles of the flat brush are arranged opposite to the end, used for being connected with a vehicle body, of the brushing rack; the brushing device drives a rolling brush to rotate through a rotating mechanism, so emulsified asphalt can be uniformly brushed and fully infiltrated into tiny gaps of an originalpavement; and the flat brush can play a role in stabilizing, and does not cause flowing even if a relatively high asphalt distribution amount is adopted, so the sealing layer has a better bonding effect on the original pavement. According to the device, advantages of the coating sealing layer and the asphalt macadam synchronous sealing layer maintenance are absorbed, the coating macadam synchronous sealing layer pavement maintenance vehicle with a novel function is created, and a new breakthrough in highway maintenance equipment is realized.
