The embodiment of the invention provides a brushing device and a brushing robot. The brushing device comprises a fixing frame, a driving mechanism, a connecting rod transmission mechanism and a brushing mechanism. A sliding part is arranged on the fixed frame; the driving mechanism is arranged on the fixing frame; the connecting rod transmission mechanism comprises a sliding part, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the sliding part is slidably connected with the sliding part in the extending direction of the sliding part, the first end of the first connecting rod is rotationally connected with the sliding part, and the first end of the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the part between the two ends of the first connecting rod. The driving mechanism is used for driving the second connecting rod to rotate around the second end of the second connecting rod; the brushing mechanism comprises a mounting assembly and a brushing assembly which are connected, and the end, away from the brushing assembly, of the mounting assembly is connected with the second end of the first connecting rod. According to the brushing device and the brushing robot, no other parts exceed the range of the brushing assembly, comprehensive coating of the upper end and the lower end of the wall can be achieved, and the connecting rod transmission mechanism is simple in structure, light in weight and easy to set and control.
本申请实施例提供一种涂刷装置及涂刷机器人,包括固定架、驱动机构、连杆传动机构以及涂刷机构。固定架上设有滑动部;驱动机构设置于固定架上;连杆传动机构包括滑动件、第一连杆和第二连杆,沿滑动部的延伸方向,滑动件与滑动部滑动连接,第一连杆的第一端与滑动件转动连接,第二连杆的第一端与第一连杆两端之间的部分转动连接,驱动机构用于驱动第二连杆绕第二连杆的第二端转动;涂刷机构包括相连接的安装组件和涂刷组件,安装组件的远离涂刷组件的一端与第一连杆的第二端连接。上述的涂刷装置及涂刷机器人,无其余零件超过涂刷组件范围,可实现对墙体的上下端实现全面的涂覆,而且该连杆传动机构结构简单、重量轻,易于设置和控制。
