The invention discloses a steel bar spacing accurate control device. The device comprises a guide rib, a spacing rib and elevation ribs, the guide rib is transversely arranged, the spacing rib and theelevation ribs are vertically arranged, the lower end of the spacing rib is vertically welded to the upper side wall of the guide rib, the upper portion of the spacing rib is welded to the lower portions of the elevation ribs in a lap joint mode, the elevation ribs are set at the front left, front right, rear left or rear right of the spacing rib, the sum of the diameter phi 1 of the guide rib and the height h1 of the spacing rib is just equal to the interval h2 between a lower-layer Y-direction reinforcing steel bar and an upper-layer X-direction reinforcing steel bar, and the upper ends ofthe elevation ribs exceed the upper-layer Y-direction reinforcing steel bar and then extend to the upper surface of concrete. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a concrete construction methodutilizing the steel bar spacing accurate control device. The distance between main reinforcements, the distance between steel reinforcement frameworks and the thickness of a steel reinforcement protective layer can be effectively controlled to meet the acceptance standard, the steel reinforcement positioning flatness requirement is improved, and it is guaranteed that the reinforcement exposing phenomenon does not occur to the poured concrete surface.
本发明公开了一种钢筋间距精确控制装置,包括导向筋、间隔筋和标高筋,所述导向筋横向设置,间隔筋和标高筋竖直设置,间隔筋的下端垂直焊接在导向筋的上侧壁,间隔筋的上部与标高筋的下部搭接焊,且标高筋设置在间隔筋左前方、右前方、左后方或右后方位置处,所述导向筋的直径φ1与间隔筋的高度h1之和正好等于下层Y向钢筋与上层X向钢筋的间隔h2,所述标高筋的上端超出上层Y向钢筋后延伸至混凝土上表面。同时,本发明还公开了利用钢筋间距精确控制装置进行的混凝土施工方法。能有效控制主筋间距、钢筋骨架间距及钢筋保护层厚度符合验收标准,提高钢筋定位平整度要求,确保浇筑后的混凝土表面不出现露筋现象。
