The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary devices for building construction steel bar binding, and particularly relates to a steel bar spacing control device and a using method thereof. The steel bar spacing control device comprises measuring units and a handle, wherein each measuring unit is provided with a fixing plate, a measuring plate and a positioning column; a slideway is arranged at one end of each fixing plate, a positioning hole is formed in the position, close to an inlet of the corresponding slideway, of each fixing plate, and a connecting part is arranged at the other end of each fixing plate; the end, provided with a telescopic part, of each measuring plate in one measuring unit is connected into the slideway of the corresponding fixing plate in a sleeved mode, and the measuring plates are matched with the slideways; and the positioning columns are connected into the positioning holes of the fixing plates in a sleeved mode. The measuring units are arranged, and a plurality of measuring units are connected in series, so that the problem that paying off is labor-consuming and laborious is solved; and meanwhile, the measuring plates in the measuring unitscan stretch out and draw back in the slideways of the fixing plates, and the steel bar spacing control device can adapt to various steel bar spacing by adjusting the lengths of the measuring units, so that the operation cost is also reduced, the operation efficiency is improved, and the quality of the steel bar spacing is ensured.
本发明涉及建筑施工钢筋绑扎的辅助装置技术领域,具体地是一种钢筋间距控制装置及其使用方法。包括测量单元和把手,测量单元设置有固定板、测量板和定位柱;固定板一端设置有滑道,固定板上靠近滑道入口处设置有定位孔,固定板另一端设置有连接部;在一组测量单元中测量板设置有伸缩部的一端套接在固定板的滑道内,测量板与滑道相匹配;定位柱套接在固定板的定位孔内。设置了测量单元,通过串接数个测量单元,解决了放线费工费力的问题;同时,测量单元中测量板在固定板滑道内可伸缩的,调整测量单元的长度能够使得本发明适应多种钢筋间距,从而也降低了作业成本,提高了作业效率、保证了钢筋间距的质量。
