The rubber sleeve is provided with a through circulation channel; the rubber sleeve isof an integrated structure; at least one independent pressurizing cavity is formed in the rubber sleeve; the rubber sleeve is of the integrated structure; the at least one independent pressurizing cavity is formed in the rubber sleeve; the rubber sleeve at the position where each pressurizing cavity is located is provided with an outer rubber layer and an inner rubber layer; an inlet and outlet hole is formed in the outer rubber layer of each pressurizing cavity and is communicated with the pressurizing cavity; the mounting structure comprises two limiting parts; and the two limiting parts arefixed to the two ends of the rubber sleeve to clamp the rubber sleeve. According to the rubber sleeve with the mounting structure and the pipeline for mounting the rubber sleeve, the rubber sleeve isclamped and fixed through the limiting parts arranged at the two ends of the rubber sleeve, and when the rubber sleeve is installed and maintained in the later period, only the limiting parts at thetwo ends need to be detached, so that the installation and the maintenance are convenient.
