The invention discloses a rubber sleeve with an installation structure and a pipeline provided with the rubber sleeve. The rubber sleeve is provided with a through circulation channel and is of an integrated structure, and at least one independent pressurization cavity is formed in the rubber sleeve; the portions, with the pressurization cavities, of the rubber sleeve are each provided with an outer rubber layer and an inner rubber layer; and the outer rubber layer of each pressurization cavity is provided with an inlet-outlet hole which communicates with the pressurization cavity. The installation structure comprises two limiting parts which are fixed to the two ends of the rubber sleeve to clamp the rubber sleeve. According to the rubber sleeve, the rubber sleeve is clamped and fixed bythe limiting parts arranged at the two ends of the rubber sleeve, during installation and later maintenance of the rubber sleeve, it is only needed to perform detachment from the limiting parts at thetwo ends, and installation and maintenance are convenient.
