The system comprises a stress sensing module, a position sensing module, a water level sensing module, a cloud monitoring platform and a remote client, and the stress sensing module is used for measuring stress data of the side wall of the cofferdam and transmitting the stress data to the cloud monitoring platform through a wireless network; the plane position sensing module is used for measuring coordinate data of a cofferdam top measuring point and transmitting the coordinate data to the cloud monitoring platform through a wireless network; the water level sensing module is used for measuring waterlevel data inside and outside the cofferdam and transmitting the water level data to the cloud monitoring platform through a wireless network; and a parameter management system, a data management system and a safety evaluation system are arranged in the cloud monitoring platform, and the remote client is used for querying, exporting and displaying data in the cloud monitoring platform in real time and is also used for receiving and displaying safety warning signals sent by the cloud platform in real time.
