The invention discloses a deepwater cofferdam real-time monitoring device which comprises a frame body, a guide rail is installed at the top of the frame body, a guide rail fixing buckle is installed at the top of the guide rail, and after a water sensor detects water, the water sensor transmits a water touching signal to a control device; after receiving a signal transmitted by a water sensor, the control device firstly extends out of the deepwater cofferdam through a fastening plate electric push rod, meanwhile, the clamping device loosens and lowers the deepwater cofferdam, then a driving motor is started to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives wheels to rotate, and the wheels move upwards on a track in a guide rail; the water level is continuously detected after the device moves to a proper position, the water surface is dynamically monitored through movement of the device, and the problems that the bottom of the deepwater cofferdam rises horizontally, the water pressure inside and outside the deepwater cofferdam is changed due to the too high water level, the deepwater cofferdam inclines due to the pressure difference, and the deepwater cofferdam collapses seriously are solved.
