The invention discloses a magnesium-based light fireproof inorganic cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: preparinga magnesium chloride solution, adding basic magnesium chloride into the magnesium chloride solution, and obtaining a solution A after uniform dispersion; sequentially adding a polyvinyl alcohol solution and sodium hexametaphosphate into the solution A to obtain a solution C; uniformly mixing magnesium oxide and an inorganic filler to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture into the solution C, and uniformly stirring to obtain cement slurry; and curing the cement slurry to obtain a final product. According to the invention, basic magnesium chloride is added as a reaction buffer body, the basic magnesium chloride can be decomposed to generate magnesium oxide, the hydration reaction consumes magnesium chloride in the solution, and the existence of f-MgCl2 is reduced, so that the phenomena of moisture absorption and halogenation of the material are reduced. Meanwhile, inorganic fillers such as foamed glass powder are used for filling, so that the material is light in weight, fireproof and flame-retardant; curing is conducted at the temperature of 40-60 DEG C through a drying oven, the reaction process is accelerated while sufficient reaction is guaranteed, the production time is shortened, and industrial application is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种镁基轻质防火无机胶凝材料及其制备方法,材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:配制氯化镁溶液后向其中加入碱式氯化镁,分散均匀后得到溶液A;向溶液A中依次加入聚乙烯醇溶液和六偏磷酸钠,得到溶液C;将氧化镁与无机填料混合均匀得到混合物,将混合物加入溶液C中,搅拌均匀后得到水泥浆料;水泥浆料经过固化处理后即得最终产物。本发明通过添加碱式氯化镁作为反应缓冲体,碱式氯化镁可分解产生氧化镁,水化反应消耗溶液中氯化镁,减少f‑MgCl2的存在,从而减少材料吸潮返卤现象的产生。同时,使用发泡玻璃粉等无机填料进行填充,质地轻、防火阻燃;采用烘箱40‑60℃固化,在保证充分反应的同时加快反应进程,减少生产时间,有利于工业化应用。
