The invention relates to a granulation method of recycled ceramic oxide powder. The granulation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the recycled ceramic oxide powder with pure water, adding the obtained mixture into a ball mill, and then adding a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent; (2) carrying out stirring and ball-milling, then adding a binder, and continuing stirring to obtainslurry; (3) carrying out centrifugal spray drying on the slurry, and then carrying out degreasing and sintering to obtain sintered recycled powder; and (4) screening the sintered recycled powder to obtain the recycled ceramic oxide powder meeting requirements on raw powder. According to the method, undeposited recycled ceramic oxide powder generated in plasma spraying or other thermal spraying processes is recycled and granulated again, so the requirements of the plasma spraying process on particle size distribution, particle morphology, purity, components and the like of composite ceramic oxide powder are met again; and ceramic oxide powder resources are efficiently utilized, and the raw material cost of the plasma spraying process or other thermal spraying processes is effectively reduced.
