The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-based mud drilling cutting sintered brick hardening and tempering modifier, which comprises the following steps: respectively adding an aluminumsalt, an iron salt, a silicate and fly ash into a mixed reaction kettle, conducting uniform mixing, and conducting aging at 150-200 DEG C for 4-12 hours; and conducting cooling, adding carbon powderand an oxidant, conducting uniform mixing at 30-50 DEG C, and conducting cooling to obtain the hardening and tempering modifier. The prepared hardening and tempering modifier can play a good role in hardening and tempering different drilling cuttings, mineral components and heavy metal properties in the drilling cuttings can be adjusted, and organic pollutants can be modified or reduced; and the resource utilization efficiency of the drilling cuttings is improved, and the quality of resource products is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种水基泥浆钻屑烧结砖调质改质剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在混合反应釜中分别加入铝盐、铁盐、硅酸盐以及粉煤灰混合均匀,在150~200℃下老化4~12h;冷却后加入炭粉、氧化剂,在30~50℃下混合均匀,冷却即得到调质改质剂。本发明制备得到的调质改质剂对于不同钻井岩屑均能够起到好的调质改质作用,可以调整钻井岩屑中矿物组份、重金属性质及改性或减少有机污染物;有利于提高钻井岩屑资源化利用效率和保障资源化产品质量。
