The system has the beneficial effect of efficiently cleaning scrap iron on two sides of a steel rail and comprises a scrap iron cleaning part, a conveying belt that can reciprocate repeatedly, wherein an electromagnetic generation mechanism is arranged between the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the conveying belt; an air blowing mechanism, which is installed on one side of the scrap iron cleaning part so as to blow up scrap iron at the ballastless track, wherein the blown scrap iron is attracted to the conveying belt through the electromagnetic generation mechanism; and a scrap iron collecting component, which is installed on the other side, opposite to the air blowing mechanism, of the conveying belt, wherein the conveying belt drives scrap iron to move from bottom to top and conveys the scrap iron to the scrap iron collecting part.
