The invention belongs to the field of underground foundation pit engineering, and particularly relates to a prefabricated hollow concrete supporting member and a construction method. The prefabricatedhollow concrete supporting member comprises a concrete structure and two end head steel structures; the concrete structure comprises concrete with a hollow part penetrating in the supporting direction, a steel reinforcement framework and a plurality of prestressed longitudinal bars are arranged in the concrete, and the two ends of the steel reinforcement framework are correspondingly connected with the two end head steel structures; the two ends of the prestressed longitudinal bars are correspondingly anchored in the two end head steel structures; and the cross section of the concrete structure is in a polygonal ring shape, and all corners of the cross section of the concrete structure are fillets. The invention further provides an inner supporting system and a construction method. The adopted fabricated inner support is formed by splicing a plurality of the prefabricated hollow concrete support members, and the two ends of the fabricated inner support are correspondingly connected with embedded parts on the two sides. The bearing capacity, the deformation resistance, the integrity and the joint rigidity of the fabricated support can be improved, and the fabricated support is convenient to disassemble and convenient to recycle, transport and install.
