The prefabricated hollow concrete-filled steel tube supporting member comprises steel tubes and end head steel structures; the end head steel structures are welded to the two ends of the steel tubes; filling concrete is poured in the steel tubes, and hollow parts penetrating in the supporting direction are arranged in the filling concrete; steel reinforcement frameworks and a pluralityof corrugated tubes are arranged in the filling concrete, and the two ends of the steel reinforcement frameworks are correspondingly connected with the two end head steel structures; and prestressed longitudinal bars are tensioned in the corrugated tubes, cement paste is poured into the corrugated tubes, and the two ends of the prestressed longitudinal bars extend out of the corrugated tubes and are anchored in the two end head steel structures. The invention further provides an inner supporting system and a construction method. The adopted fabricated inner support is formed by splicing the prefabricated hollow concrete-filled steel tube support members. The bearing capacity, the deformation resistance, the integrity and the joint rigidity of the fabricated support can be improved, and thefabricated support is convenient to disassemble and convenient to recycle, transport and install.
