The invention discloses a method for installing a concrete sand-free pipe in a dewatering well. According to the method for installing the concrete sand-free pipe in the dewatering well, a pipe lowering device is adopted for installation, the pipe lowering device comprises a rectangular bottom frame, and circular pipes are fixed to the diagonal positions of the bottom frame respectively. The method comprises the following steps that after a first section of concrete sand-free pipe and a concrete base are firmly bound through an iron wire, a steel wire rope used for pipe lowering penetrates through a groove below the concrete base, one end of the steel wire rope is fixed to one circular pipe at one end of the pipe lowering device, and the other end of the steel wire rope is wound around thecircular pipe at the other end of the pipe lowering device; the concrete sand-free pipe is erected, the pipe center of the concrete sand-free pipe is aligned with the center of a well hole, the steelwire rope wound around the circular pipes of the pipe lowering device is loosened slowly, and the concrete sand-free pipe falls slowly; and a pipe opening of a second section of concrete sand-free pipe is enabled to be aligned with a pipe opening of the first section of concrete sand-free pipe, and the steel wire rope wound around the circular pipes of the pipe lowering device is continuously andslowly loosened, so that the concrete sand-free pipe slowly falls down in the well hole, and the rest steps are done in the same manner.
