The invention discloses a fabricated building externally-hung wallboard drainage structure. The fabricated building externally-hung wallboard drainage structure comprises an externally-hung wallboardbody, a volute spiral spring and a second lead screw. A cavity is formed in the externally-hung wallboard body, and a fixing shaft is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the cavity. The volute spiral spring is arranged in the fixing shaft, and a supporting shaft sleeves the center of the volute spiral spring. A driving bevel gear, a driving cylindrical gear and a first baffle correspondingly sleeve the surface of the supporting shaft, a telescopic spring is arranged in one end of the first baffle, and a second baffle is connected with one end of the telescopic spring. According to the fabricated building externally-hung wallboard drainage structure, by arranging the first baffle, the first baffle is pushed to incline after water is accumulated in the inner cavity, so that a drainage port is opened by the accumulated water, and therefore, the accumulated water can be conveniently and automatically fed and discharged; and meanwhile, by arranging a filter plate, the phenomenon that thedrainage port and a drainage pipe are blocked when sweeps in subsequent accumulated water flow is avoided, and the stability of overall drainage work is improved.
