The invention discloses a drainage structure of an externally-hung wallboard of a fabricated building, and relates to the field of fabricated building structures, the drainage structure comprises a drainage pipe, an air guide pipe, an air exhaust assembly and an air inflation assembly which are arranged between the externally-hung wallboard and an inner wall; the air guide pipe, the air exhaust assembly and the air inflation assembly are separately and fixedly installed between the externally-hung wall plate and the inner wall, the air guide pipe and the water drainage pipe are both communicated with an inner cavity of the externally-hung wall plate, and the water drainage pipe is coaxially fixed to the inner side of the air guide pipe; the air exhaust assembly is used for exhausting air in the air guide pipe, the air inflation assembly is used for introducing air into the air guide pipe, and an air vent used for balancing air pressure inside and outside the air guide pipe is further formed in the top of the air guide pipe in a penetrating mode. According to the drainage structure, accumulated water in the inner cavity of the externally-hung wallboard and the gap between the externally-hung wallboard and the inner wall can be drained, moisture accumulated in the gaps can be pumped out, and the problems that moisture accumulation and condensate water deposition are likely to be generated between the externally-hung wallboard and the inner wall and in the inner cavity of the externally-hung wallboard are effectively solved.
