The invention relates to a precast building material structure. A precast building material comprises a base plate, a frame body, a metal reinforcing unit and a concrete layer; the frame body is installed on the periphery of the base plate; a groove chamber is formed between the frame body and the base plate; at least two side edges of the frame body are provided with convex embedding group partsand concave embedding group parts; the metal reinforcing unit is arranged in the groove chamber to be welded and fixed; and the concrete layer is laid in the groove chamber of a base to completely cover the metal reinforcing unit arranged in the groove chamber. Therefore, the building construction difficulty and cost are reduced, the building construction time is greatly shortened, various assembly changes can be made, the structure can be repeatedly used after being disassembled, and the effects of heat resistance, noise isolation, earthquake resistance and the like can be achieved.
