According to the frame column inverted insertion combination system, each sleeve is accuratelypositioned between two pile foundations of a bearing platform or in a short column; concrete is poured to form the bearing platform and the short column; two cable rope positioning anchoring parts arepre-buried in the concrete of the bearing platform; a steel reinforcement cage of an upper frame column and a column steel mold are integrally assembled; each longitudinal steel bar in the steel reinforcement cage of the upper frame column is correspondingly inserted into the corresponding pre-buried sleeve with grout; the two ends of each of two cable ropes are connected with the two cable ropepositioning anchoring parts and two lifting point anchoring parts on the column steel mold respectively; and concrete is poured to the steel reinforcement cage of the upper frame column to form an integral frame column. The frame column inverted insertion combination system has the advantages of being reasonable in design, good in bearing performance, easy and convenient to construct and install,small in influence of weather and sites, recyclable in material and the like, and the problems that when a house core is not hardened, a formwork supporting system is prone to sinking, the material demand is large, the number of risk factors of high formwork erection in structural construction is large, and the construction progress is slow are effectively solved.
本发明涉及一种框架柱倒插组合系统及施工方法,框架柱倒插组合系统为在承台的两个桩基础之间或矮柱内精准定位每个套管,浇筑混凝土形成承台及矮柱,两个缆风绳定位锚固件预埋在承台的混凝土内,上部框架柱的钢筋笼与柱钢模整体合模,且上部框架柱钢筋笼内每根纵向钢筋对应插入预埋带有灌浆套管内,两根缆风绳两端分别与两个缆风绳定位锚固件和柱钢模上两个吊点锚固件相连,对上部框架柱钢筋笼浇筑混凝土形成整体框架柱。本发明具有设计合理、承载性能良好、施工安装简便、受天气和场地影响小,材料可回收利用等特点,有效解决房心没有硬化的时候,模板支撑系统易下沉,材料需求量大,结构施工高支模危险因素多,施工进度缓慢等难题。
