According to the method, the installation precision and reliability of the steel pipe column are improved, the perpendicularity of the steel pipe column is pre-controlled in advance, the one-column-one-pile construction quality is reliably guaranteed, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction safety risk and cost are reduced.
