The grouting sleeve assembly comprises a sleeve body, an elastic check plug and a flow guide pipe, wherein the interior of the sleeve body is vertically through, internal threads are arranged at the upper end of the sleeve body, and an air outlet hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the sleeve body; and one end of the elastic check plug is clamped in the air outlet hole, one end of the flow guide pipe is connected to the other end of the elastic check plug in a sleeved mode, and an inner cavity of the sleeve body is communicated with theflow guide pipe through the elastic check plug. The grouting sleeve assembly is simple in structure, and the situation that grouting is not full can be effectively reduced.
