The invention relates to a pretreatment system for co-processing of aluminum electrolysis spent potlining by a cement kiln. The pretreatment system for co-processing of the aluminum electrolysis spentpotlining by the cement kiln comprises an unloading unit, a two-stage crushing unit, a pulverizing unit, a waste gas collecting and processing unit and a metering and feeding unit, wherein the unloading unit comprises an unloading bin, the two-stage crushing unit comprises a coarse crushing device and a fine crushing device, the pulverizing unit comprises a pulverizing device, the unloading bin,the coarse crushing device, the fine crushing device, the pulverizing device and the metering and feeding unit are sequentially connected in a sealed mode, and a material outlet of the metering and feeding unit is connected with a decomposing furnace or a kiln head of the cement kiln in a sealed mode, the waste gas collecting and processing unit comprises a dust collector, respective dust outletsof the unloading bin, the coarse crushing device, the fine crushing device, the pulverizing device and the metering and feeding unit are connected with the dust collector, and a gas outlet of the dustcollector is connected with an air inlet of a cooling fan of a kiln head grate cooler. The pretreatment system for co-processing of the aluminum electrolysis spent potlining by the cement kiln can completely pretreat materials from an initial state to an ideal state suitable for co-processing by the cement kiln, valuable parts of the spent potlining are thoroughly utilized, and harmful parts arealso fully detoxified.
本发明涉及一种适用于水泥窑协同处置电解铝大修渣的预处理系统，包括卸料单元、两级破碎单元、粉磨单元、废气收集处理单元和计量喂料单元，卸料单元包括卸料仓，两级破碎单元包括粗破碎装置和细破碎装置，粉磨单元包括粉磨装置，卸料仓、粗破碎装置、细破碎装置、粉磨装置、计量喂料单元依次密闭相连，计量喂料单元出料口与分解炉或水泥窑窑头密闭相连，废气收集处理单元包括收尘器，卸料仓、粗破碎装置、细破碎装置、粉磨装置及计量喂料单元各自出尘口分别连接至收尘器，收尘器出气口与窑头篦冷机冷却风机进风口相连。本发明可完整地将物料从初始状态预处理至适于水泥窑协同处置的理想状态，彻底利用废渣的有价值部分，有害部分也得到充分解毒处置。
