The invention discloses a pretreatment method for co-processing inflammable materials in a cement kiln. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, adding powdered activated carbon into a mixer, then slowly adding auxiliary liquid hazardous wastes, stirring for 10 minutes, then slowly adding inflammable materials, fully and uniformly mixing, sampling, detecting the combustibility, and completing the pretreatment of the inflammable materials after the inflammable materials are detected to be qualified; and uniformly blending the pretreated and uniformly mixed materials, feeding into a material pit of an SMP workshop, uniformly mixing by using a grab bucket of a travelling crane, feeding into a cement kiln decomposing furnace through semi-solid conveying equipment, carrying out incineration harmless treatment, feeding flue gas and ash residue generated by the cement kiln decomposing furnace and preheated raw materials into a multi-stage cyclone preheater together, and carrying out solid-gas separation. Compared with the prior art, the flammability of the inflammable materials can be effectively reduced, so that the stability and safety of the inflammable materials are improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥窑协同处置易燃物的预处理方法,首先将粉末状活性炭加入混料器中,然后缓慢加入辅助液态危废,搅拌10min后,然后缓慢加入易燃物物料,充分混合均匀,取样检测其可燃性,检测合格后,即完成易燃物物料预处理,将预处理混合均匀后的物料经过统一配和后,送入SMP车间料坑,使用行车抓斗混合均匀后,通过半固态输送设备送入水泥窑分解炉内,在进行焚烧无害化处置,水泥窑分解炉产生的烟气、灰渣和预热处理后的生料一起进入多级旋风预热器,经过固气分离后,本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:可以有效降低易燃物物料的可燃性,从而提高易燃物物料的稳定性和安全性。
