The invention relates to a novel bi-component polymer light mortar formula which is composed of powder and a liquid material, wherein the powder comprises 5-55% of cement, 5-20% of calcium hydroxide powder, 40-80% of sand powder, 0.5-10% of vitrified micro bubbles, 0.5-3% of calcium ion consumption agent, 0.3-2.5% of polymer, 0.05-0.25% of water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3% of water retaining agent, 0.002-0.05% of thixotropic agent, 0.01-0.5% of rheological agent and 0.005-0.5% of a fine foam primer; and the liquid material comprises 0.5%-1.5% of a synthetic resin emulsion and water, wherein the ratio of water to the liquid material to the powder is 0.15%-0.28%. The novel bi-component polymer light mortar formula has the advantages of convenience in manufacturing and construction, high bondingstrength, good water resistance, good flexibility, no shrinkage during hardening, good workability and elasticity.
