Anti-slag-adhering high-temperature-resistant coating and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of slag-adhering-resistant coatings, in particular to a slag-adhering-resistant high-temperature-resistant coating and a preparation process thereof. The phenolic resin binding agent is prepared by adding phenol, formaldehyde, o-cresol and 2-(dimethyl phenyl silyl) benzyl alcohol. Then adding bauxite and a dispersing agent to obtain ceramic slurry; the preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out spray drying, pre-sintering and secondary sintering on ceramic slurry to prepare ceramic microspheres; ceramic microspheres and a phenolic resin binding agent are mixed, and a material 1 is obtained; mixing high-silicon powder, dolomite, white mud, graphene and silicon carbide, and carrying out ball milling to obtain a pre-material 2; and finally, mixing the pre-material 1, the pre-material 2, the rare earth oxide and the phenolic resin binder, and fully stirring to prepare a finished product. The finished product prepared by the invention has good high temperature resistance, wear resistance and bonding performance, so that the finished product has a wide application prospect in the technical field of anti-slag-adhering coatings.
本发明涉及抗挂渣涂料技术领域,具体是一种防挂渣耐高温涂料及制备工艺。本发明通过添加苯酚、甲醛、邻甲酚和2‑(二甲基苯基硅烷基)苄醇,制备得到酚醛树脂结合剂。再通过添加铝矾土和分散剂,得到陶瓷浆料;通过对陶瓷浆料依次进行喷雾干燥、预烧结、二次烧结,制备得到陶瓷微球;将陶瓷微球和酚醛树脂结合剂混合,得到预料1。将高硅粉、白云石、白泥、石墨烯和碳化硅混合,经球磨后得到预料2;最后将预料1、预料2、稀土氧化物和酚醛树脂结合剂混合,充分搅拌制备得到成品。本发明制备得到的成品具有良好的耐高温性能、耐磨性和结合性能,因此在抗挂渣涂料技术领域具有广阔的应用前景。
