A simple flyover for a three-way junction is formed by crossing roads in three different directions A, B and C. A road bridge and a steering bridge are erected at the three-way junction, and the simple flyover is characterized by comprising motor vehicle emergency parking spaces, motor vehicle driving roads, non-motor vehicle driving roads and pedestrian roads, the motor vehicle driving road, thenon-motor vehicle driving road and the pedestrian road are overlapped at the projection of the three-way intersection, the motor vehicle driving road is arranged above the non-motor vehicle driving road and the pedestrian road, and the motor vehicle driving road comprises a motor vehicle driving road in the A direction, a motor vehicle driving road in the B direction and a motor vehicle driving road in the C direction which are longitudinally arranged; the simple flyover is suitable for being erected at a three-way crossing, simple in structure, capable of scientifically distributing motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians, capable of enabling the motor vehicles, the non-motor vehicles and the pedestrians to walk on respective lanes, free of mutual interference, free of trafficlights and zebra crossings, unimpeded in traffic, and convenient for the non-motor vehicles, the manpower bicycles and the pedestrians to pass through the road, and people-oriented implementation is better realized.
